His career began at Macromedia (now Adobe), where he was part of the pioneering team that developed the first internet browser plugin, Shockwave. Transitioning into the marketing world, he played a pivotal role in introducing A/B testing to digital marketing, supporting clients in optimizing their online strategies.

Jake has since trained Fortune 100 brands and top digital agencies in digital experimentation, later leading Site Optimization at Rosetta (now part of Publicis). He also spearheaded SAP’s first global Test & Learn program, “SAP Optimization Lab”, driving performance improvements through systematic testing and insights.
